We are the EdTech production team of Grafit Studio. Our products include the online CG school Grafit Academy, and anatomical and inspiring photo references for artists. We help digital artists enhance their skills in 2D and 3D graphics, animation, UI, working with neural networks, and more. Our instructors are leading artists from the Grafit outsourcing studio, as well as invited professional artists. The academy was founded in 2023, and we already have 10 courses created by leading artists from Grafit and the industry. Grafit Studio has 15 years of successful collaboration with major clients like Blizzard, Riot Games, CD Projekt RED, NCSoft, and other industry leaders.

Our mission is to make the world a better place by creating high-quality art and educational products for the art community, helping them and ourselves to achieve self-realization, grow, and earn while enjoying the process.

This year, the development of educational products has become one of the studio's main priorities. For this reason, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take charge of forming and implementing the strategy for developing and promoting our photo references and digital products for artists. Our goal within a year is to grow 3x in the international market and strengthen our position in Russia. Our ideal PM is an ambitious professional with excellent knowledge of product lifecycle management, marketing, product analytics, and unit economics.

Responsibilities
What you will be responsible for:
  • Product strategy and value proposition – working with the founders to define the product vision, analyzing the market and competitors, building CJMs, conducting customer development (custdev) and product research to identify growth directions and opportunities, and formulating a unique selling proposition (USP).
  • Product marketing and promotion – researching the target audience, developing strategies and tactics for promoting the product in the market, and managing the marketing and content teams to execute the strategy.
  • Expanding existing platforms and sales channels and entering new platforms for international markets – maximizing the audience on current platforms.
  • Product analytics – implementing product analytics, tracking, and improving metrics to increase the number of customers and profitability (NPS, retention, LTV, COR, revenue, etc.).
  • Calculating the unit economics of the products.
  • Creating and launching new digital products for artists.
  • Building the product team.

Requirements
Required experience and knowledge:
  • Experience in developing digital products related to CG/art/EdTech, with proven effectiveness (launching new products, improving key product metrics, increasing profitability) in international markets.
  • Experience in conducting customer development (custdev), market analysis, and CJM research.
  • Experience in building product analytics and collecting key metrics using any available tools (from Google Sheets to Power BI, depending on your preference).
  • Experience in running tests, analyzing results, and making data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience in marketing or close collaboration with marketing, enough to initially set tasks for the PR team, SMM, and content department, and in the future to make a request for a head of marketing.
  • Understanding the principles of building the unit economics of educational products and calculating financial metrics.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • English C1 (fluent in both written and spoken English, with an understanding of English-speaking culture).

Soft skills that will help you in this position:
  • Ambition and persistence – an unyielding drive to excel and take the product to the next level can make up for a lack of hard skills, which can be developed over time.
  • Empathy and “political” awareness – these will be very useful for managing different teams and interacting with the founders.
  • Logic, data-driven thinking, and argumentation skills – essential for promoting new business ideas.
  • Interest in the art field, especially CG, game development, and EdTech – without this, it will be difficult to develop Grafit’s products and find common ground with the team.

Conditions
Why you’re going to love working at Grafit:
  • If you love independently managing a successful product created by artists for artists, with high growth potential, Grafit will give you the opportunity to fulfill your ambitions and provide full support from leadership.
  • You’ll work at the intersection of EdTech, CG, and game development – you’ll be at the heart of the most rapidly growing creative industries.
